Due to my marketing and design background I was confident enough when it came to making the site "look" good, however was completely in the dark when it came to the back end configuration. Viv guided me through the whole set-up process seamlessly and ensured I knew what I was doing for going forward with my website operation. I can only say good things about Viv and her work!
